Are your products logoed?
Yes, our products include a Gold Plated Exterior Gardinie’ Logo. Most of our product include an Interior Gold Gardinie’ Engraving as well.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Gardinie’ ships to over 50 countries. For all orders, we ship using USPS. All items can be tracked online, and require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your new Gardinie’ product is safe and secure.
When will I receive my item?
Once we dispatch your order, normal delivery times will be 3-8 days to any location worldwide with USPS. Orders will be sent out normally within 24-72 hours depending on holiday’s schedules, and other factors.
How will I know my Gardinie’ product has been sent?
As soon as your item has been sent out, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number so you are able to check up on the status of your item at any time. Keep in mind that the tracking number may not appear on the USPS site within the first few hours after shipment.
How much is delivery?
Gardinie’ delivery varies for Domestic shipping and International shipping.
For an address in the contiguous United States:?
the Shipping & Handling of a bag will cost $35 and an additional $15 for each additional bag purchased.
For our smaller items, such as the wallet, this item will only cost $12 in S&H and each additional one will cost an additional $8 in S&H.
For International destinations (including Hawaii, Alaska & Canada):
the Shipping & Handling of a bag will cost $50 and an additional $20 for each additional bag purchased.
For our smaller items, such as the wallet, this item will cost $20 in S&H and each additional one will cost an additional $12.50 in S&H.
Do I have to pay import duty and taxes on my order?
If you order is to be delivered into the European Union, you may have to pay import duty and local sales tax since we are an American based brand. You should be able to find out the exact figures from your local government’s website.
Can I get a refund?
Yes you can, in the unlikely event that a defect in materials or workmanship is found in our product, you may return the product within 30 days with proof of purchase; we will refund, exchange, or repair it at our discretion.
Can I exchange any item?
Yes, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. Gardinie’ merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date (except personalized items). All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition. A refund may only be made in the same currency as the original purchase
